At Packaging Master, we ensure high-quality packaging material and reliable service for every customer. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing any order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Ready-Made Products

  • You may cancel your ready-made product order within 10 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will NOT be accepted.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

1.2 Custom Orders (Customized Packaging)

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled at any stage.
  • A sample will be provided before production (sample charges apply and are paid upfront).
  • Once you approve the sample, full production begins.
  • After sample approval, you are fully responsible for the final product.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Return Policy

2.1 No Returns Without a Valid Reason

Packaging Master does not accept returns without a valid issue.
Returns are only accepted in the following condition:

2.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive packaging material in a damaged, broken, or defective condition, we take full responsibility.
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund, depending on the situation

2.3 Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide clear evidence (images/videos) of the issue

3. Refund Policy

3.1 When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Product received is not what you ordered

3.2 Refund Not Applicable

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or type
  • Custom orders (under any circumstances)
  • Order is already shipped and customer now wants to cancel

3.3 Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side, Packaging Master will pay the return shipping costs.
  • If the return request is due to customer reasons (not damage or defect), the customer must cover shipping charges.
  • If the order was shipped and the customer wants to cancel afterward, the customer must pay the full shipping cost.

5. Important Notes

  • For custom packaging, once the sample is approved, you accept full responsibility for the final product.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the error is from our production team.
  • Ready-made orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
